Our continual emphasis on breeding phenotypically sound, outperforming & quiet cattle was clearly evidenced as we ran these Spring ’22 commercial calves through the yards several times whilst weaning. Well familiar now with handling, husbandry, and farm activities, they can soon head out a bit further afield. Despite the challenging conditions and now much drier weather, this mob were well ahead of the curve and presented “pretty as a picture” … so … we took one.
